Beauty and the Grief is a blog designed to support bereaved young people, exploring the beauty of life and understanding the process of grief when life is sadly taken away.
About the Writer
I’m Jovi and I’m a 28 year old Irish Radiographer based in London. My experiences of grief only began in the last couple of years and in October 2020 I lost my Dad and Granny within 12 hours of each other. Writing is my form of release, a way to digest what has happened and to understand all my thoughts. I am hoping this blog will support not only me but others in a similar situation.
Don’t be afraid to get in touch, I would love to hear from you if any of these points resonate.
I will not say: do not weep; for not all tears are an evil.

No one ever told me that grief felt so like fear.
